BIO

Deborah Kimmett is an actress, comic, playwright, and author who teaches you how to get past the voice of doubt and into your creative self, seven minutes at a time.

Kimmett is an award-winning writer of comedy with literally hundreds of hours of TV and radio writing under her belt. She was nominated for a Governor General’s Award for her play Miracle Mother.

She has taught for 35 years both at The Second City, Centennial College, and offering her own private workshops for 15 years.

As well she is an editor and coach for people’s books. She specializes in memoir, comedy, and one-person shows.
