JAMS Canada is currently dedicated to providing help links & resources to musicians & artists during the COVID-19 pandemic.

COVID-19 has changed the world as we know it. Isolation has shaped our daily lives in ways we never expected – good and bad.

But for those of us who have our health, enough food, a roof over our heads, we need to be grateful for what we do have. Lay down the groundwork for what we will have when the world gets back on its feet. Be ready to hit the ground running.

Finish those songs we never have time to work at; practice practice practice; optimize our website, YouTube channel and other social media platforms; optimize our email list. Share experiences with fans & ask them to share theirs. This is a great time to relate to each other in a such a deeply authentically profound & personal way.

But mostly, remember to take care of yourself. Eat right, exercise and be kind to yourself. We will all get through this and we will all have extraordinary stories to tell during this most remarkable time in our lives.
